Fitness trainer Senada Greca is being dubbed the “most shredded woman on Instagram” by her 4.4 million followers and it’s not hard to see why!

From the dragon flag challenge to her rock-throwing beach workouts, it’s clear that the Zentoa founder takes her fitness very seriously. That’s why she doesn’t mind modeling her fitness physique in her very own brand of swimwear and activewear!

In one of her latest Instagram posts, the Zentoa founder gave fans a look at her activewear and swimwear line supporting her through a series of intense arm, leg, ab, and full body workouts. She even included a clip of her doing the dragon flag challenge by the pool, which requires some serious core strength and training.

She reminded her followers that they have a limited time to shop the original Zentoa line before it sells out for good to make room for some new productions. “Link in BIO. We’re making space for that NEW NEW so @zentoa is having a massive SaIe,” she wrote in the caption. “Get the ORIGINAL Zentoa pieces before they’re gone forever.”

However, most fans were more interested in her fit physique and amazing workouts than her apparel line! “This is goals,” one fan commented. “Wow, you look amazing,” another follower wrote. “No one can do better than that. Unfortunately, not everyone was a fan of Senada’s muscles. “Honestly, this is really not pretty. I don’t know who saw what they might like here.” Senada replied, “Well, I’m sorry you don’t find me pretty, and that’s ok. I find myself pretty, and more importantly, STRONG! I do all I do to create the best version of me, not a version to please anyone else.”

Senada Pushes Herself HARD Through Her Full Body Workouts!

The popular fitness trainer also shares videos of her tough exercises on Instagram. Each slide features a different exercise demonstration. In this video, she included things like a medicine ball squat to cross body knees and rows along with a lateral lunge to switch jump reverse lunge, and press. She does each exercise for 8-12 reps and completes 4 sets of each exercise.

“Full Body Workout – any other weight like a dumbbell or plate will work, but remember to press and not throw,” she wrote in the caption. “Full body workouts are my favorite strong, cardio options. This had all my muscles burning.”

In the comments, she clarified, “This is 12lbs. One should always start with a lighter weight and work up to a more challenging one. Perfect form first, weight second.” Fans loved this idea for a workout. “This looks like fun and a really good workout for days I don’t wanna be at the gym or the weather’s bad,” one fan commented. “Yes! You’ll love it,” Senada replied.

“What are the shoes you are wearing?” another follower asked. “I’m just wearing socks,” Senada replied. “Full body has had my heart lately! I love this one mama!” another fan commented. “Been loving them too,” Senada replied. “Inspo always. I need to bring more intensity to my workouts,” another follower admitted. “Let’s go! Senada Also Uses Her Medicine Ball For An Amazing Core Workout!

In yet another Instagram post, Senada led her followers through several exercise demonstrations using a medicine ball to work her abs. “Abs Workout – Wow! This was such an amazing core workout. If at home, you may use a pillow,” she wrote in the caption.

“Work that core! Yes, nutrition is key… And yes your core will engage during your other workouts (i.e. leg days) but specific abs workouts are a must for me,” she added as fans praised another challenging, but fun, workout idea!
